Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer specializing in UI/UX to join our team. In this role, you will design user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, beautiful, and effective design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to final execution. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback to ensure an optimal user experience. Your designs will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products.

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible standards

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience working on digital products. Proficiency with design tools and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles are essential. Good communication and teamwork skills are important to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility

• Ability to balance creativity with usability and technical constraints

Additional skills and experience that will enhance your role include familiarity with front-end technologies, animation, and data-driven design. A passion for staying updated with design trends and continuous learning is a plus.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

• Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)

• Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions

• Experience working in Agile development environments
